LOOKOUT
Pokfulam village is actually located very closely to government owned buildings where other Hong Kong citizens live in. I wanted to capture this and show the stark difference between the tall buildings and the homes that clutter the lookout below. Even though both of these structures are different in size, they are all considered a home to someone. I chose this photograph because it was a very clear comparison of the village and the buildings. Being a resident in Hong Kong, you probably live in high rise buildings so seeing this clear contrast would change how you view Hong Kong, from a city with skyscrapers to the true local culture behind it all.
